Located in Westfield, Indiana, this land has been passed down for eight generations, originally purchased as a part of the Northwest Territory. Indiana’s beloved poet James Whitcomb Riley recited stories in fireside readings, children explored the creeks and hills, families farmed the fields, and memories have been made around fire pits tucked beneath the tree canopies. With its rolling hills, lush forests, trickling creeks and steep ravines and historic farmstead, it seems like a world away. But it’s been here all along. With quick access to Indianapolis’ main artery, US 31, just off the 191st street interchange, you can get here and there and go to and fro within minutes.

The Chatham Hills Social Membership will include access to all amenities in the Clubhouse & Chatham House, including fitness center, yoga room, swimming, tennis, sport locker rooms, dining, as well as outdoor amenities, including over 40 acres of parks, private dog park, miles of nature trails, bike paths, Monon Trail access point! Social Membership fees $95 a month. Clubhouse will open in August 2018.
