The Park at Locust Creek New Home Community 0includes Maintenance-Free Yards! The neighborhood association will maintain all of the yards in The Park! This will include mulching the plants & trees, fertilization, mowing all the yards, and all weed treatment to name some of the maintenance the association will perform. The owners of The Park residences will be obligated to maintain the interior and exterior of their homes. 

Each residence in The Park will also have "Fee Simple Ownership" which is the highest form of ownership in real estate possession! In addition, many of the residences will be able to build "contract" homes which means they will be able to choose ALL of the custom selections for their home in the home building process! While some of the homes will be built as speculative homes which means they will be completed to the new homeowner's specifications.
