HOA Information

Travisso Community Association (HOA) plays a pivotal role in maintaining the community’s standards and enhancing residents’ quality of life. Here’s an overview of the HOA’s structure, fees, and services:

 

HOA Management and Contacts:

Community Manager: David Allen is responsible for HOA-related matters, assessments, architectural requests, and common area issues. He can be reached at dallen@ccmcnet.com.

Lifestyle Director: Charis Williamson oversees events, communications, Palazzo reservations, community outreach, and fitness programs. Contact her at cwilliamson@ccmcnet.com.

Administrative Coordinator: Sharon Brown assists with HOA matters, assessments, architectural requests, and key fob issues. She is available at sbrown@ccmcnet.com or 512-770-6185.

HOA Fees and Assessments:

Master Assessment: For the year 2025, the annual fee is $960, divided into two payments of $480 due on January 1st and July 1st. 

Community Enhancement Fee: A closing fee of 0.1% of the home’s sale price is collected during each sale (new or resale). This fee funds lifestyle events and future community enhancements. 

Working Capital: A $960 fee is charged upon the sale of every new or resale home. This amount is allocated to a reserve fund for future repairs or replacements of community amenities. 

 

Governing Documents and Policies:

Residents can access the community’s governing documents, including architectural design guidelines and community manuals, through the HOA’s official website.  These documents provide detailed information on community standards, policies, and procedures.

 

Architectural Modifications:

For any home modifications, residents are required to submit an Architectural Modification Application. The Architectural Review Committee meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month to review submissions. Detailed guidelines and necessary forms are available on the HOA’s website. 

 

Communication and Community Engagement:

The HOA fosters a strong sense of community by organizing events, clubs, and activities. Regular newsletters and updates keep residents informed about community happenings, amenities, and programs.
