These homes typically take nine to eleven months to build.

With the advent of a new product line, our design team of architects has developed floor plans that meet market demand for a lower price point. The Oliver is being built as a spec home in Sunrise to be completed this summer; priced at $430,000. All floor plans in the Villages can be customized to create a unique home for every client.
