SCHOOLS IN KATY ISD

Katy ISD is known for educational excellence and an innovative approach to education, including instituting monthly “no homework” nights to encourage more family time. Academically, students post scores well above the state and national averages on the SAT and the ACT. Campuses are routinely recognized by the National Merit Scholars Program, Children at Risk, and U.S. News & World Report’s Best High Schools in the nation.

Cross Creek Ranch students zoned to Katy ISD attend on-site Randolph ElementarySeven Lakes Junior High, and Tompkins High School. In 2018, a new Katy ISD elementary school will join Randolph Elementary on-site in Cross Creek Ranch. SCHOOLS IN LAMAR CONSOLIDATED ISD

Lamar CISD takes a holistic approach to education, honoring individual strengths and interests while preparing students for future success. Campuses in the district are designed with smaller enrollments to provide more opportunities for students to assume leadership roles and participate in campus activities. Support for students is provided at every level, and the district is home to National Principals of the Year, Gates Millennium Scholars, National Blue Ribbon Schools, rodeo art grand champions and state athletic champions.

Cross Creek Ranch students zoned to Lamar CISD attend Huggins Elementary and Leaman Junior High. High School freshmen, sophomores and juniors attend the new Fulshear High School. Seniors begin attending Fulshear in 2018. Until then they attend Foster High School.

YCFC is funded through foundation fees (.25%-1.00% of the sales price of the home) collected at each closing.
