Home Owners Association fees are $29/month due on the 1st of the month. (Transfer fee is $150). Common area insurances are included in association fees, common areas include covered picnic pavilion and playground located off of Upland Terrace. Boats, campers, motor homes, RVs, travel trailers and other trailers of any kind or any other motorized vehicles (other than automobiles) must be stored and parked in the garage and shall not be parked outside of the garage.
