HomeSource exclusively offers our “Build Custom for Less” program, which provides savings of 10 - 30% compared to conventional custom home building.
While we can build a custom home from start to finish like other builders, under the “Build Custom for Less” program HomeSource builds only the shell”, which is defined as the foundation and framing, inclusive of exterior doors, windows, siding, and roofing. The customer is responsible for the completing the finishes, with HomeSource providing step by step guidance and office support.
Savings between 10 - 30% are realized because HomeSource does not mark up the bids from our subcontractors for the finishes and passes those savings onto you, our customer. This unique program is a rare opportunity to create equity in your home as soon as you move in!
